MEMBERSHIP MINUTES

UNFINISHED BUSINESS

Mike—deferred to Lowell to discuss the law.

Harry talked about the Trade Show.

Bonnie presented the minutes which were accepted after a minor correction

Loretta gave the financial report.

There was no other unfinished business.

NEW BUSINESS

Mike discussed raising booth rates for 2009. We authorized him to raise them by $25 if need be.

Harry—none.

Bonnie presented Kristy Wiggins and Gary Culhane for membership. Both were voted in and Mike swore them in.

Loretta asked to pay the bills—passed.

John told us we would have a Tidel class and an Impressioning class soon.

No Director reports

GOOD OF THE ORDER

Lowell Roberts introduced the candidates for office and managed the elections. Incoming officers will be Mike McGrew, Clarence Weber, Mary Osborne, Loretta Loomis, Matt Kelm and Dave Wofford.

There was a video from a local TV channel about gypsy locksmiths featuring Lowell Roberts which led to more discussion of the law.

The meeting was adjourned.
