KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- Four people tied to a locksmith scam are expected to have charges filed against them Thursday.

A KCTV5 news investigation in May looked into locksmiths who would dramatically raise rates when they were arrived on a call.

The locksmiths involved were based out of state.

Koster's office had given AT&T a deadline to cut off hundreds of fake phone numbers the locksmiths allegedly had.

Missouri Attorney General Chris Koster is expected to charge a Missouri man and a two Florida men on federal charges. An Overland Park, Kan., man is facing state criminal charges.
