A KCTV5 news investigation in
May looked into locksmiths who would dramatically raise rates when they were
arrived on a call.
The locksmiths involved were
based out of state.
Koster's office had given AT&T a deadline to
cut off hundreds of fake phone numbers the locksmiths allegedly had.
