Discussion and possible action on establishing a cancellation / refund policy
Because we had to re-schedule our Annual Distributor's Show due to bad weather in February 2010, the Board determined the Association needed to develop a policy for dealing with any such events in the future. The suggested solution is: if the event location has to be cancelled or re-scheduled, no refund to vendors would be required, as the contract would stand. However, if the Association were to cancel the event, then some form of refund would be required and we as an Association need to determine what that should be. We've discussed this during the last few meetings and will be moving forward with action on this, including updating our Vendor and Instructor contracts and presenting them for review once any changes have been reviewed by legal council.

Licensing Info
Are you complying with State Law?
State Law requires we display our company license numbers on our vehicles, ads, business cards, pens, any advertising media. Always carry your State License and be prepared to present it to your customers when you arrive on the job site.
If you find people doing locksmith work who shouldn't be, please take the time to fill out the complaint form and submit it to the State at ODOL Complaint Form or contact ODOL Enforcement Director Rick Flanigan at 405-521-2612 or 888-269-5353
The State must have the form and all pertinent information about the incident to follow-up and take action against violators. The enforcement unit will actively pursue violators if they have the data they need. No info, no action. Pretty simple!!
There's also a tab on the home page menu to access the complaint form.
